Bruce was incredibly welcoming and helpful during my visit to Sheridan to look for a commercial location for our business. He gave me a tour of the town, shared info on personal interest sites, and showed me several locations where we could possibly open our business.

I chose Bruce over all others for several reasons. As a buyer: Bruce is just flat out a good guy, never was pushy, never rude no matter how many times you wanted to see one of his properties, answers the phone most of the time, if not he always calls you back. Gives you plenty of time (days, months, or until sold sign is on his listing).
When I listed my farm in the Big Horn Equestrian polo club, he was kind and again (NEVER PUSHY). I signed a sellers contract with him, he excepted the rather higher price that I wanted for it, also telling me He would do his best. I really didn’t want to sell my beautiful home, with acreage, I’m a polo player/horse trainer for many years, this was a once in a lifetime above the polo fields, ride to play and practice fields, nestled in the Big Horn Mountains! Rare find! I took it off the market after only having listed it for a few months. (At the point they would have been out of pocket loosing $ after advertising flyers/hired a professional photographer to take incredible photos etc....) He never put any pressure on me what’s so ever. My listing agent he put on my farm by Bruce was Mandy Koltiska. She just sent the release of contract form. Again zero attitude or pressure. How many of you sellers or buyers have experienced this with a realtor? During the winter I gave them a pocket listing. Oh yes, I forgot to note, they showed my farm A LOT!!!!
Eventually I was more ready to get real on my price, Mandy and Co. Contacted any of the past interested buyers of the house reduction. Within days they had me under contract with one of the past interested buyers. Sold sign was on it in a short amount of time.?

" We had an overall great experience buying the home. The inspections revealed problems which were taken care of by the other party so it closed on schedule. Judi was able to resolve other problems we had with the refrigerator and dishwasher after we started to move in by contacting the appliance repairman to address this.
